Cut out the exterior, free the tabs near "open at opposite end", cut out the half circle on the front


~~~~~~~~~ ASSEMBLY ~~~~~~~~~
Score all interior folds, including the tab just to the left of "apply to feet once or twice daily." Fold all scores. Glue along the tab next to "apply to feet..." to the opposite side "foot powder, 1 ounce" Tuck in top and bottom flaps.
